Keeping the client list up-to-date is essential for optimal management of appointments and communications with your customers. With Treatwell Pro, it is possible to add, modify, or delete a client easily and quickly through the dedicated area on the management system.

How to Add a Client to the Client List

To add a client, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Client List" section from the sidebar and click on "Create a new client" (or on the "+" symbol above the names column on the left).

  2. Enter the first and last name of the user in the window and click on the "Save" button

  3. Once the name is saved, the client tab will appear to fill in with the client's data, including:

  • Address (street, ZIP code, city);

  • Email (particularly important as it allows the client to leave a salon review);

  • Phone number (important to receive appointment confirmation and reminder messages)

  • Date of birth;

  • Gender;

  • Weight;

  • Height;

  • Tax code;

  • Additional notes.

It is also possible to add the user to a client group (if previously set by the salon) and add additional information, including education level, profession, PEC, etc.... Not all data is mandatory, but it is recommended to create as complete a profile as possible to allow Treatwell Pro to better manage salon appointments, communications, and statistics.

After entering all the data, click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to register the information.


Please note: It is also possible to save a new client's name from the Agenda by creating a new appointment and entering the required information (first and last name, phone number, and email). The contact is automatically saved in the client list and can be modified later by adding additional information to the profile.


How to Modify a Client

To modify a client profile, simply access the "Client List" area from the sidebar and click on the desired client's name to open the tab. Enter the information to add and click on the "Save" button at the bottom. For more information on this topic, please refer to the guide on How to Keep Your Client List Up-to-Date.


How to Delete a Client

To delete a client profile from the management system, access the "Client List" area from the sidebar and click on the desired client's name to open the tab. Then click on the red trash icon in the upper right corner of the page and then click on "Confirm".
